Through the colorful Colorado Rockies, Arizona's breathtaking sunsets, California's fantastic beaches, and on down the Baja peninsula, the canvas stayed with me. After giving away pretty much everything we owned, I was traveling with my 15 year old son and our 2 dogs in our Jeep Compass so we did not have much room. We each kept a bag of clothes and a box of our personal goods. The rest of the space was taken by household necessities. Needless to say a 16x20 canvas was a bit difficult to maneuver in there. I was determined to express this amazing energy onto this canvas! And so it stuck with us. Only the sky, the dirt, and a lone cactus were painted on this canvas at this point.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUpon our arrival to our new home in Baja, the painting was forgotten for a time. Finally after some settling in and acclimation time it called to me once more. I finished it in an accidental meditation trance and it was clear the message it brought for me... \"Even when you feel like you've crash landed on a foreign planet, take the time to find your center.\" \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eI still hold the original of this painting and have painted several renditions of it in the many locations that I traveled in the years after Baja. This is the first time I am offering the original design remastered in digital prints.
